Reception, Spa, Starbucks staff great service they could not do enough for you. Arrived on 2 May lady on main reception in the morning so cheerful and welcoming and accomadating. The girls in the spa Leonie and Hannah, so professional and welcoming my treatments was fantastic, I have had treatments all round the world. They was really good.. highly recommended. Breakfast the young boy and the young girl was great. Older staff I felt like we was in the way. Not a good sign when someone rolls there eyes at you when all your asking for is a table for breakfast.. Rooms nice and comfy basic. Would stay again maybe not do the breakfast as you can get food from Starbucks.

Great place to stay in a really nice country park. Spar and pool fab I have been there 3 times and it's really comfy. The breakfast buffet is not that good. Find a cafe much better value.

Had a lovely overnight stay with breakfast and use of the spa facilities.The staff are so friendly and helpful. Food in the bar was superb.The bar staff were great especially Sam. Would recommend to everyone. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks again for a great stay. Ian and Jackie.

Looks nice when you first arrive, but when you get close up you see it could do with some maintenance outside (mainly woodwork needs painting). Inside is well maintained, looks nice and it's clean. It's quite expensive for drinks, but probably the same as similar hotels. Nice bedrooms, which are very clean, the beds are awesome !!

Pros: Great Location, just 2 miles from the strip. Friendly staff - warm greeting and service with a smile. Staff brought tea bags and kettle specially. Upgraded to slightly larger club room with bath and pool/gym entry Amazing outdoor heated pool - open all year 2 sauna, 1 steam Larger indoor pool with hot tub spa Sky TV Lots of fast running hot water Cons: Place getting a bit tired, some fixtures worn, marks on tables. Two beds joined for large double No air con just electric heater on wall Old fashioned florescent lighting (should be led now) Enjoyed the stay, especially the heated pool. Felt welcome by the staff and comfortable in the room. Recommended
