I am so very grateful for the care and attention that the team at Heathbridge Practice gave to my elderly father and for the support they provided to my mother and me though his dementia and at-home care. Both my father's GP and The Patient Services Team were outstanding and we can't thank them enough for their kindness and concern for my father's wellbeing. I would recommend this practice without any hesitation!
I like the HP, doctors are nice, very helpful, as well as reception people. Lovely practice in general. Unfortunately when I had my blood test the nurse didn't wash her hands, no gloves, not even cleaned the skin with antiseptic. I found it unacceptable. I'd like to see more hygiene when taking blood.
They made an appointment for me and when I attended my appointment they said my name was not on the list for the day and any other day! They told me that I could come back the day after!!! I showed the evidence of my call to the practice with date, time and duration of the call. Besides I am on crutches with restricted mobility and dependent upon other’s help because of my recent operation which they were aware of. They handled the situation in such a way which indicated that this was a very normal occurrence! They could not care less!!! And they don’t deserve any star at all but the option doesn’t exist.
This was my surgery until Jan this year. I knew they were good but now I have a pretty rubbish surgery I miss them even more! Always got an appointment when needed, competent staff from admin, HCAs to GPs. Great nurse practitioner.
All interactions I’ve had with the Heathbridge Practice from online consultations, to phone calls, to in person appointments with GPs and nurses have been a positive experience. I’ve never been with a practice that offers their patients such compassion, urgency and professionalism before. For the first time in my life I feel thoroughly looked after by healthcare professionals - I’d recommend to anyone in the area and wish other GP surgeries across the UK could follow Heathbridge’s approach.
This is probably the best practice I have used in Putney, London and even England overall. I have noticed a notable improvement in services and care since May 2022. The administrators have gone out of their way to be flexible and help me book blood tests and appointments when I need them rather than wait disproportionate amount of time. Their website also provides extra services. My discussions with GPs have also been very helpful and informative compared to other practices where we followed a prepared NHS online check list without an obvious next step.
I hope I'm not jinxing it by leaving a positive review but this practice is far superior to my previous one. They answer the phone without too much delay, I've been offered same-day appointments when needed, they offer a good set of services e.g. my previous practice didn't do smear tests and the nurses have always been kind and patient.
I will be always grateful for the professionalism and scrupulousness of the doctor Paul Hallett, thanks to him I discovered that my baby girl was with tachycardia, also thank you so much to the receptionist always helpful. This clinic is amazing
I've been a patient at Heathbridge for several years. My experience of the GP practice and the services have been very good. I also want to mention the physio on site at the GP practice who provided me with four sessions of rehabilitation. I've seen a few and they were the best I've ever seen. Seen in 3 weeks, was looked after polite and professional. Had plenty of NHS physio before and this is by far best.
Fantastic service. I have a 2 year old daughter and whenever either of us need to be seen urgently we are seen the same day. The GPs and Nurses are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The standard of care is excellent. My test results were personally messaged to me by my GP over the bank holiday weekend! Admin staff are very helpful too. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
