I could not get a same day appointment with my own GP and then was given a telephone appointment for the next day when I was due to be working.  Instead, I saw GP,  Zoe Bellamy, in person the same morning. I found her to be competent, experienced and empathetic. Her assessment and plan she was effective and her communication clear. All was done quickly and I was able to avoid taking time off work. .  I have prior to that had an excellent experience with a blood test done by the lovely Marina.  From start to finish, through booking, warm, welcome from reception staff and close proximity to Earl’s court tube and pharmacies for prescription, I was very happy with my experience at TMCK. There is a warm, homely feel to the place with top-notch service. Highly recommended.

Dr Lauri-Ann Van der Poel  is an amazing paediatrician. Our son who is usually not too keen on doctors loved her straight away. We went there for the chicken pox vaccine and she did a full assessment of our son and have him the best experience without a tear. She is super calm, reassuring and competent. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you Dr Lauri.

I visited The Medical Chambers Kensington for the first time today and had a very positive experience. The studios are incredibly clean, organised and the staff that greeted me were super polite and professional.  I had an appointment with Dr Zoe Bellamy who was really kind and helpful in providing me with advice to my query and treated me with care and politeness, and you could tell she is a true expert in her industry.  Could not recommend more!

I was thrilled by the service, politeness and help provided by the clinic. The staff at the reception are very helpful and friendly. The doctor I had pleasure to visit offered additional check and advice. I strongly recommend visiting this clinic.

I would give zero stars to Flammarion. My child diagnosed with allergy and at her report she says "we will consider an epipen in the future" she was that vague, didn't raise a concern and let us believe that we can battle an accident just with citirizine, which was totally unprofessional the least and it could lead to serious issues, if you consider that from NHS gp was told to carry 2epipens at all times. It took several emails from us requesting to send her report, she eventually sent it around 2 months later and she didn’t send it to our GP who could as a last resourse spot the omission and refer us for further investigations. Subsequently, we visited Cromwell, were prescribed on the spot with 2 epipens, and referred for blood tests. Our GP provided 2 more epipens to keep at my child's activities. Our Cromwell Dr. suggested OIT, which the sooner started, the greater the chances are for a successful outcome. She made us lose precious time. She didn't make us aware of the importance of having a fatal allergy.

Dr Lauri-Ann Van der Poel is amazing. She's extremely dedicated and caring. She's going the extra mile for her patients. I highly recommend her

Dr Bataille is really unsympathetic. I had to cancel late for emergency medical reasons and still got charged a late fee.  Amended 1st sept 2024 I’ve spoken to Lawyer who’s recommended I make a formal complaint because of your harsh treatment. How do I do this?

I recently visited a GP at The Medical Chambers Kensington and it was a fantastic experience! The place was welcoming and well-kept, which made me feel comfortable right away. Dr Bellamy was amazing – she really took her time to understand my concerns, offered clear explanations about my health, and treated me with genuine care and empathy. Plus, the staff was super friendly and made everything from booking to follow-up super easy. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for great medical care with a personal touch!

Very bad experience with medical chambers. My husband was in a very critical condition because of an allergy and asked for an emergency appointment. They never returned his call and Dr GARDETTE never responded. It’s not a good medical centre and MEDICARE is much better. Just don’t go there

I have visited this place in order to see a qualified GP. I was more than happy to go private as I hoped I would save time and get better more personalised care. In reality this experience was quite awful. As their GP diagnosed that I don't have an ear infection the problem that made me want to see a GP in the first place, but instead I may have a very serious neurological disorder and sent me to an emergency room that same evening. After waiting for hours in an emergency section of the hospital and experiencing a lot of anxiety about the possibility that she presented me with I saw the ENT specialist. As soon as the specialist looked into my ear she confirmed that I have an ear infection and should be treated with antibiotics. Why did I go private? Spend money? Get misdiagnosed, scared and still end up in a public hospital where I got much better care? My advice.. AVOID THIS PLACE
