Right across the street from His Maj Theatre. The service was excellent, attentive & friendly. The food was incredible. I planned to pop in for a bowl of soup before the show. I was encouraged to try the pre theatre menu, which I did. I'm grateful for the recommendation. Everything was delicious.Food: 5/5
Absolutely perfect way to celebrate my mother-in-law’s birthday after watching The Phantom of the Opera across the road. Cosy ambience and food is excellent. I would come back for the slow-cooked pork cheeks - very tender and flavourful. Good value for money on the pre-theatre menu. But what sets it apart is the extremely friendly and attentive service! They brought out a special birthday cake and accommodated all our requests and even threw in a chocolate cake on the house without us asking for it! Special shout-out to our excellent server Nathan, restaurant manager Bruno, as well as Elina and Menal for going the extra mile! Top-notch service and I don’t usually post reviews!
Had the pre-theatre set menu with my mum for her 70th birthday. It was perfect! The staff were friendly, the portion size was spot on, the food was super tasty. And they gave my mum a birthday plate with happy birthday in chocolate and a candle. It just made it extra special! My mum had a wonderful time and really felt they made an effort to make her feel special on her birthday!
I booked an afternoon tea for a special occasion. The service was friendly but very slow. After being seated the next time I saw the waitress was 40minutes later. The afternoon tea was ok. The tea itself was excellent but the sandwiches were dry and the scones were not fresh.Food: 3/5
I enjoyed my evening so much. The staff were amazing. They gave us a lot of information in regards to the menu and wines. The food was wonderful. I had the venison carpaccio and the Dover sole. My wife had the small risotto and pheasant schnitzel and claimed it was lovely. I wish the decor was a bit more modern but all in all I loved it and will be back soon.
We went for high-tea and brunch. The experience was excellent. Our waitress was so friendly and accommodating. I would say you can be very relaxed without feeling you need up-talk or get peoples attention. The food was great but not generous which I liked it was just right. The tea was splendid and fresh. I had a delightful afternoon with my family.
Fantastic Experience I recently dined at Haymarket in the heart of London and was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience. From the delicious food to the attentive staff and impeccable service, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality of the food was exceptional, and each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was memorable. I highly recommend Haymarket to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience in London. It's hard to believe that in such a stunning restaurant located in the center of London, you can enjoy a three-course dinner for under £30. Overall, my experience at Haymarket was outstanding, and I can't wait to return. Keep up the excellent work! Best regards, Laura
Booked a table for pre-theatre drinks at BRUMUS on Tuesday evening and Chris worked his cocktail-making magic. Thanks to the team for getting our evening off to a great start.Service: 5/5
Wonderful! Friendly not familiar, helpful and courteous staff who knew their job. We went for cocktails and a delicious dinner before the Theatre and loved it so much that we went back there after the Theatre for a nightcap. The atmosphere is relaxed and unhurried. The decor was colourful, eclectic and tasteful. The all important lighting was a perfect balance of a relaxed atmosphere but enough light to see everything. Definitely worth many many visits and perhaps stay in the hotel next time. A delightful place. Oh! By the way “Brumus” is or was apparently the name of the owners dog. Sweet. It’s not possible to recommend ALL of the dishes but our dinner was marvellous.
Had a wonderful lunch here with great food & ambience. What made it even better was the fantastic service by Francesco & Hadrian. Friendly, very professional & efficient with nothing being too much trouble. Was lucky to be there for day 1 of a new fixed price 2 course menu deal with some great selections. Many thanks!!!!Food: 5/5
