Love this station, it's open, busy and has loads of trains to loads of places. Central London, Heathrow Airport and out to the furthest suburbs North, East and West. Sizeable shopping centre alongside.
Homeless people sleep in here. I went to security to report 2 people sleeping in there at 9 am in the massage chairs. Guess what? They told me to leave and let them sleep I told them this is a station not a hostel. Here is my huge bad review and the complaint will come. the people who sleep there are Africans, like security guys.
A very busy station serving the Circle, District, Hammersmith & City, and Piccadilly lines. Ideally situated for the bus station and good array of local shops, it also has a mall inside the station with a large variety of eating places.
This station is one of the worst in London. Out of 4 escalators 3 are not working and 2 lifts that are moving slower than Continents. Honestly it’s time you do something about.n**** Correction..since the first post, now there is only 1 lift working. I have seen 3rd World countries with better infrastructures! ****
Not great today, with the planned maintenance and other disruptions. Also, I couldn't find any toilets in the bus station, which is ridiculous for a place with so many eateries.
