This specific station served the District and Picadilly lines, while the one on the other side of the square serves and is the terminus station of the Hammersmith and city, and circle lines. This one is pretty nice, with the entrance having some shops before the ticket gates, and there being relatively easy access to the platforms via a short staircase or elevator.

The best place for different cousins, friendly environment and easy to navigate having Metro Station and Bus station as well.
We were carrying our big suitcases down the stairs and while we were catching our breath the Harry Potter looking worker you know who you are short, glasses tells us to move down we were happy to move down but the station was already full. Then he makes a lame joke about us humouring him in moving down. Unprofessional, stuck up, rude worker. You are a disgrace to the UK ruined the experience for everyone. Learn some manners and maybe you might enjoy your job. Thanks Harry!
Has two of the main lines in and out of London so always useful to get off here and switch to the Piccadilly or District Line if needed. Some parts of it do look a bit run down and needs a bit of restoration and a fresh lick of paint.
