I've never had any issues at this station. Staff are friendly and always willing to provide any help or directions needed. This station can get busy at times but still good and frequent service.
Nice small station, clean and easy to figure out. No elevators though, so may not be accessible to all, and was difficult with all our luggage. That being said it’s hardly subsurface so it’s only one or two flights of stairs.
Can be a busy underground station with circle and district lines stopping here. There is no disabled access only stairs clean station with staff available to help.
One of my favourite underground stations. Barely sub-surface, small and straight forward. Such an easy one to access and use.nNice architecture with the iconic arches both in the walls and the roof.nLots of shops around too, and just a 2 min walk to Queensway Station Central line
Said to be one of the oldest subway station in the world and it's finished in 1868 which is simply jaw-dropping to hear. You can tell from it's semi-underground layout letting the smoke of steam locomotives to come out. For a guy who has never seen steam train work in real life, the station itself is already a living museum!
