Reception staff not reliable when leaving messages or when asking for repeat meds. And not generally not very forthcoming with the truth when making an appointment.
Great place, great staff. I used this a few times and been excellent every time. I think the low starers never actually used the gp.
Excellent and friendly receptionist and the doctors and nurses are all fantastic at there job really happy with the service you give me thanks
Some extremely unhelpful reception staff, but some also excellent. Depends on who you get! Such a shame there are so many locum doctors, difficult to get consistency of care.
