Got through quickly,need to register very helpful lady,appreciated that.
Their phone doesnt work.. They cant take calls and can't call out either. If you get through, you might get dropped at any time so you better speak fast... What service doesn't even have a functioning phone line? Neither can the receptionist talk to their doctors so that we can get a call back. This is ridiculous...
In general this is a good practice. Just don’t leave your bike outside without a very secure lock. But that’s not the practice’s fault.
I honestly had such a brilliant experience with this practice. I was able to to book a same day appointment when it was an emergency, I waited a maximum of 15 minutes to be seen and everyone at the practice was so nice to talk with. I'm delighted that this is my GP

receptionists can be a bit scary aren't they always? but asthma nurses are great and doctors are friendly and really helpful
This is a very busy surgery, but I have always found the receptionists, nurses and doctors very good and helpful, and feel lucky to have such a very good surgery. A big Thank You to all.
