Never had a problem getting an appointment and been my surgery for over 10 years. Receptionists are great. More people have moved into the area so the catchment area has got smaller which might be an issue for some people

Extremely unprofessional reception staff. Expect to get passed around from one person to the next and never get proper answers. It’s been over a week of chasing and I’m still waiting on the reception staff to figure out email and forward to the relevant doctor.

The doctors are great but the reception staff are rude, dismissive and very unhelpful - I can only assume the people giving it 5 stars are related to the receptionists. It's like they are using it as a way to stop you booking an appointment.

I have always received excellent care and service from this surgery.

Reception could be improved, but my GP makes it worth it. She is amazing.
