Since all the other doctors left we have been left with a very poor quality of care with the locum Dr's that I don't think they care. Miss Dr Nardini and Filpa who really went the extra mile and made big difference in helping to improve my health. New ones not so much, time to look for another GP, I know the NHS is struggling but patients are too and more so when needing help and it is not there. We need doctors that care and are able to follow up if results are not back in a timely manner.
I have been registered here for 14 years. I have always had excellent service from this practice. My last experience was asking for an injured finger to be dressed. I was seen immediately. Staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
I have been chasing them for documents from last 8 days. Asked me to send email and didn’t reply to it. When I called again, said call after the weekend. Called them on Monday, asked me to fill a form. When I finally got the courage to tell them that I have been chasing it for more than a week suffer from anxiety the receptionist was rude and spoke to me in an unkind tone. You are dealing with vulnerable people, please talk to them nicely as they may be having one of the worst days of their life!
I’ve been a patient here for over fifteen year. For many of those it was pretty grim, but a change of personnel five or so years ago has seen a wonderful turnaround. The young doctors actually seem to care, and to get a face to face or telephone appointment is invariably quick and easy. I am very impressed
During the last six months I had consultations with three different doctors - Dr Federico Viviano, Dr Portia Wuche and Dr Clara Yiu. All were absolutely amazing. Thank you for your genuine concern and support!
Recently signed myself and my baby up to this surgery. One appointment with the doctor and one with a nurse so far and both times everyone has been really friendly and has taken the time to explain things and answer questions. Thanks.
Ridiculous service at this GP practice. They refuse to do any travel vaccinations unless they have at least a 3 !!!month notice! Impossible to find an appointment on time and the reception seems to have no willingness to help! Update after owner’s response: the owner is claiming that there are no “urgent” vaccinations appointments offered because “patients with more severe conditions are prioritised”. This is an utter lie - I was specifically told over the phone that the practice needs 3 months notice for the vaccination because of the administrative work involved and some mysterious “communication with the hospital” that takes that long. By the way I just registered myself to another GP practice and booked a travel vaccination for next week. Which proves once again the horrible level of service that this GP practice offers.
Worse GP to ever sign up with. The receptionists are rude and arrogant they don’t seem to think you’re eligible enough for appointments unless you’re literally dying over the phone. I really regret signing on the family to this as our gp the I’ll be changing over asap when I get the chance
First of all, you don't ask patients 'what's wrong with you' - it's impolite - over the phone, especially after they told you you have scabies and you just ignored it. Second, it's impossible to even get a prescription unless it's 2 weeks in advance, and the moment you say you have scabies they start treating you less seriously. Quite offensive, I had scabies for 8 months and this surgery has not been helpful at all.
Never had bad experiences with the staff and doctors. This morning spoken with Selina from reception and she was extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you
