National Tyres and Autocare is the largest independent fast fit specialist in the UK. Our highly trained technicians are specialists in the repair and replacement of tyres, exhausts, brakes, batteries, suspension, oil & filter, MOT testing and vehicle safety inspections.

We have a network of over 230+ branches throughout the UK with the following opening hours:

8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
8.30am to 5.00pm Saturday
10.00am to 4.00pm Sunday*

I took my car to national last week as I was knew something was wrong with my exhaust. I needed a new part which they ordered in straight away, which arrived within 30 minutes. The part was fitted and my car was ready to go within 2 hours. The prices are incredibly reasonable. The staff are very friendly and helpful and even made me a cup of tea while I waited. I would higher recommend going to national who have always welcomed me with excellent customer service.

Just in here with my son. Well...toilet is disgusting , filthy, no toilet roll, no hand soap, just awful. Coffee machine turned to the wall. Fish tank full of mould. Chairs need replacing. The only good thing is it’s warm. Windows are cleaner than the toilet.

Replaced 4 tyres on Audi A6. Not great service. Staff friendly but not effective.  Paid for alignment in addition to the balancing. Noticed that the alignment had not been done. Technician said he had done it (measured) with his eye and all looks fine. I suggested that it might be helpful using the actual equipment as I have actually paid for the alignment to be done. He agreed. Alignment was out by 3 and was adjusted back to 0. Clear risk here then of me driving away on new tyres with defective alignment.  No print out report either as "we don't do that". Visit to this branch has not particularly inspired a great deal of confidence in skill level of workmanship. Likely not to recommend this branch for fitting / alignment as you are unlikely to get what you paid for.

I pre booked for one tyre fitting I arrived at 8.45 for my 9am fitting and never got out till almost 10.15 the older members of staff were pleasant and efficient but the young lads working there looked bored miserable and were smoking and vaping and drinking coffee and looked disgruntled when I had to ask for the paperwork to be signed so I could drive off my entire morning was wasted

Really great service from Chris and his colleague - was able to be seen very quickly (and on a Sunday too), they carried out the work efficiently, and good guys to talk to as well. A credit to the business
