Liars with a bad attitude. 
I turned up and both guys were in the office on the phones, everyone is busy which I get but then I knocked on the window and mouthed ‘can I come in?’ The owner lifted his eyebrows and sighed. 

Onto the car. 

I wanted to buy the car from these guys and I turned up a second time to see the car. I was told the car was sold and a guy put a deposit on it the day before. A total lie, it’s still on autotrader and my friend called up the next day, and a week later to check if it was still for sale and guess what, it was. 
Liars, liars, liars. Go else where. 

Before they write that autotrader doesn’t update in real time, we left it 24 hours to call Wright Vehicle Solutions back to check and it was still for sale and it was. We then tried a week later and same result. 
Obnoxious, rude and dishonest. 

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Please see the attached. It shows due to GPS that images were taken at your showroom. I dealt with Richard and he clearly remembered me upon my second visit. 
I have phone records which I can upload as proof. Poor excuse, please get back to me with a better excuse.

I was told the car was sold and I would have bought it cash outwright if it was for sale. never mind, your loss. And that doesnt change the fact that I was lied to by one of your representatives.

Richard was fantastic help when I was looking at buying a car. Although I didn't purchase from them in the end I will come back should they have something else that interests me in the future.

Travelled from Cumbria on the 17/4/2018 to pick up my new car,  when I got there Richard and the other staff went out of there way to help me.
The car was ready and just about all the paper work to I was back on the road again in an hour.😁

Thank you Richard for making every thing simple much appreciated.

I recently bought a luxury SUV from WVS, I'd seen it in an online ad  in Autorader, the ad was well written, concise and an accurate description with good photos. Upon viewing the car, the sales team weren't pushy or over-bearing, they allowed me time to look around the car on my own and take my time with a decision. The test drive was also, very 'hands off', again taking time to listen and feel the drive of the car myself without any 'sales patter'. Their prices are fair, they have a good selection of quality cars to view on site. The car was ready for me to pick up within a matter of days. The purchase process was also painless without loads of admin and pick-up of the car smooth and quick! All-in-all a fab car buying process! Highly recommended!
