Great service. Took my car in to replace all 5 tyres because they were on the edge. They sorted a few things out as well as tyres and car now drives like new. Very happy and would happily recommend.

Found we had a flat at 4pm, called these guys as they were nearby. They had the tyre in stock and managed to fit the replacement before closing time. Awesome service, really helpful staff. Happy to recommend.

I booked my service and MOT online, really pleased with the whole experience.  Good customer service and my car is great. Thank you formula one. Would recommend this to others.

The place is a circus run by clowns! 
Let me tell you about the catalogue of errors made.

1 . Could not honour the price quoted for the battery replacement. (Wanted £60.00 more then quoted half way through the job because of a mistake made on there part)

2. Took my whole seat apart to get the battery when you only need to crank the the seat up to remove the battery (Ford transit custom)

3. Snapped off plastic parts of the sliding rail system when incorrectly removing said seat. 😡

4. When I told them to put the old battery back they did not secure it at all, which ment as I took the first left turn, the battery slid across under the driver seat and the positive made contact with the guide rails. This caused a massive spark and a very loud bang right under my arse! Followed by complete system failure of my van.😠

5. Was told, when they looked at what happened it was my fault and I took it in like that. 😲😭

In conclusion, this is up there with one of the worst experiences of my life. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not be there next victim.

Have previously had good service but on this occasion it was not a good experience.
I arrived in good time for the appointment made online but one hour later I was still waiting for the tyre to be changed. A further half hour passed and I was asked “Is it an MOT you are waiting for?”
A further 15 minutes passed and a Tecnician asked if I had the key for my car (it was with reception).
I was then informed that the car was now on the ramp  -  seems amazing that my white people carrier had changed into a black estate car.
By now I was not amused.
Some two hours late my car went into the workshop.
When the tyre change was complete I was given some confusing excuse that the tyre was thought not to have been delivered when it was in fact there all along.
Before driving off I decided to give the wheel a quick check only to find the locking wheel nut key still on the nut!
More excuses and weak apology but by now I just wanted to get away!
