Great selection of vehicles and friendly staff to match. Just a pity the finance houses are not helpful at all!! Bank statements show I can comfortably afford the £600 odd plus I have savings linked to the account - Finance Declined. So will rather save and pay cash for the car!
My family and I have bought 3 sportages in the last 12 months and all from Kia Bletchley. They have a great team that are always helpful and the service department are brilliant. No wonder they are so popular right now.
I came looking for a vehicle to upgrade for my birthday. I met Sam. I told him of my specific requirements. He located the perfect vehicle however after careful consideration I advised that the repayments were a little on the higher side. Sam went back and showed me another vehicle which ticked all my required boxes. Sam was very pleasant, approachable, understanding of my specific needs and very knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything from the Smart and Gap insurance to the other relevant information and found a good finance company for me. On behalf of myself and my hubby we are extremely happy with the service, the attention to detail that Sam gave us and my birthday present is very handsome. Thank you Sam for your all your support, your communication and your time. Much appreciated.
We just helped our daughter buy a used Sportage from Patrick at Bletchley Kia and he and the rest of the team couldn't have been more helpful or efficient in making all part exchange and collection arrangements run smoothly and on time. Really helpful, friendly non-pushy approach other dealerships would do well to follow. Made buying the car a pleasure.
Initially booked my car 4 weeks in advance, then on the day of booking get a text to say they have to cancel as the loan car i booked 4 weeks ago is not available. then took another 2 weeks to get booked in with loan car. Finally when car in took 3 days to carry out service and mot and to tell me cant find problem with your car and to charge your battery, which they could of done? less then a month later have an inspector come do a road test on my car through the finance company but tells me he cant do the test because the oil is overfilled!! What a disgrace of a dealership. now they wont even pick up phone calls to rectify this. They have moved all their calls to a call centre who say they will pass the message but cant put you through the dealership. Sales team also say they cant transfer me. This dealership is going downhill and downhill fast! I would think twice before buying a car from them! As you wont get the service they promise.
Recently bought a Car from Bletchley KIA. The salesman was good and not overly friendly! The car was expensive! They didn't reduce a penny. I think we paid about £2000 extra. As I was in a rush could not negotiate much. Take your time and save money.
Great service from Patrick at Bletchley Kia. He organised a test drive, answered all my questions and queries and got my new car ordered. It’s been a really quick and stress free process and I’ve now picked up my new Kia Sportage which I love! Thanks Kia
I bought a Sportage new from here. It's now three years old but still under warranty. In October a part on the door handle broke; a common fault apparently. On their website, there is no email address Duh! or a way to send a photo of the fault, so I had to go in there and show the photos on my photo. They said that they will order the part and call me when it arrives for fitting. It's now Feb, more than three months later and I've heard nothing. I know there may be parts shortages at the moment, but they should let me know if it’s going to take this long. I‘ve had to contact KIA UK directly now. This is on top of them charging £40 in addition to the service charge to change the front wiper blades when the parts only cost about £18. They said they wouldn’t drive the car back to me if I didn’t agree to pay the extra, which was mainly a labour charge for something that can be done quicker than pumping up a tyre.
Bought a car from Kia Bletchley dealer that has an issue within 30 days. They confirmed the faulty part and said they would fix but still waiting 45 days later and the service dept aren't answering or returning calls. Not great! Can someone from service dept get back to me please
Very impressed by Patrick the sales rep and Kia Bletchley. Car was exactly as described and a deal made for part ex, too. All went smoothly and was no problem. Had the car for 2 days now and so far no problems - I didn't even see it before buying. So far, I'd definitely recommend.
