If i could give no stars i would. The young lad in the bike shop, came up to me and my son and said could you not put the bikes in gear while.......and then walked away without finishing his sentence. My son only clicked the gear twice. How are you supposed to assess if a bike is suitable or not - just with your eyes!!! My son was upset and wanted to leave. Well done to Halford's customer service and missing out on a £300 sale. If you don't want people touching bikes then put a sign up or don't have them on display. Idiots.

Customer service in the bike shop is excellent. I needed mudguards fitting, and was missing a seat post. The sales staff member Vader was a pleasure to talk to, honest about products and (along with his backroom staff) went above the call of duty to ensure that my bike was fitted with my requirements within 1 day! I felt obliged to get a thank you card.

I went today to get my bike checked however apparently I brought my bike 1 month late so my free Maintanance check up is gone according to the guy who works there. Also, I told him about my bike gear handle that it was damaged due bike accident and he told me to come back later because the mechanic is not in today. It’s fine I understand but what i’m really disappointed about is the way he treated me as if he doesn’t care about the customers at all!! I was so annoyed with his attitude.

One of the very few Halfords stores that isn't completely useless. The car service guys are helpful and mostly seem to know what they're doing. Would recommend.

I bought a new carrera mountain bike here and couldn't be more pleased with the sale. The young lad Pat who closed the sale is curtious and well informed about what he is selling. He is an asset to Halfords.👍
