The staff didn’t approach us and when they eventually did, they left about 2 minutes later and made minimal effort for conversation. When we were paying the staff member on the till was very rude to us. On the plus side there is a good range of products. Every other Lush I have been to has had amazing service except in Manchester.

RYAN. I am so sorry i didn't buy the parmaviolet black label perfume. After i left the shop i kept smelling it the sample you left on my wrist. It's amazing and I'm filled with regret. You were great though and me and Amber had a great experience. Your expertise is fab ✌🏽 next time in im the 0161 I am coming straight there. Ahhh I can still smell it now!!! 😍

Was in there last Thursday Christmas shopping, the staff were amazing, very helpful with their suggestions (1 in particular I can't remember her name unfortunately) and very polite and happy bunch. Would definitely visit again.

Decided to get my granddaughters a stocking filler on the Friday before christmas, the shop was extremely busy, I fought my way into the shop to make my purchase and went to the back of the que which went all the way around the shop, by this point I was considering not bothering, but I'm glad that did the que had gone down within 5 mins and the staff despite being rushed off their feet were all smiles and very friendly. Thank you to the staff at Lush Arndale Manchester.
