I purchased a pair of trainers recently from the Arndale store, where I was served by Aine, who was very helpful. She patiently brought out a pairs of trainers I requested, and brought out another pair I asked for too. With a friendly manner she provided me with assistance. I would definitely recommend shopping from the store and I would shop from here again.
Honestly, I have shopped here before and haven't had an issue but having had a long day and soaking wet in the rain I didn't expect to having had rudeness and being laughed at by a member of your staff. First I go upstairs and while I was looking at the darts and dart board on your top floor I get accused of opening an already opened packet just becuase I was looking at them, your display was already a mess so I don't think it made much of a difference. I was buying them anyway. Then I get to your desk to buy them. One, there was nobody in the queue but I still had to wait despite 3 members of staff being all stood around the till. I placed my product on the desk and the woman asked for my id, fair enough, so I get my passport out of my pocket to which she responded " do you just carry that around with you" her tone and facial expressions she gave me anyway was rude and being in a retail job myself I was shocked at the lack of people skills. She then looked at the passport and started to laugh saying she "doesn't even know what to look for to know I'm of age" you clearly need to retrain your staff! I'm appalled. And they should be embarrassed.
They charge you £5 for delivery which is understandable but they don't allow you to return in store, having to pay another £5 for the return. When I receive the Evri email with the tracking number, I see that the delivery address where they are going to return my package is the store where they told me I couldn't return it myself. Is this a joke? You are a clothing store, hasn't it occurred to any of the brilliant minds in your company that there are people who don't have a mannequin's size and need to change to a different one after trying on clothes at home? On top of that, I receive a response to this post inviting me to provide my details so that they can help me. After putting my details in another post in trustpilot now deleted, no one ever contacted me. They play with customers, customer service doesn't exist in this company, all they want is your money. I will never buy from them again. I would rather pay more and have a better service. You are a joke of a company.
Worst possible customer service one could get. They are rude, unprofessional, incompetent, disrespectful and simply not interested. I gave them a bunch of stuff to bill and after i reach home and check the bags they hadn't billed my other stuff. Moreover, when asked them to access the trial room, they rudely asked me to go to another store if i dont want it here.
Unavailable staff when trying on shoes, when someone came to help they were uninterested and unhelpful. Went elsewhere
No one available on the shoe area to try on sizes. Extremely rude response from a member of staff when I asked to use the fitting room.
Worst management ever. Very rude and unprofessional. I won’t spend my money in there.
This location has moved into Arnsdale, doesn't open until 11:30 on Sundays.
Exceptionally poorly organised. Women's children's and men's shoes all on the same shelf next to each other mixed up. Impossible to find something specific. Selection itself was also sub-par and I ended up leaving in disgust
Limited range of items were available. I roamed around - for a long time - to find a particular item. I couldn't even find anyone to ask to to check if they had the item or not. The customer service was practically absent, but I saw one that had a walkie talkie but was on the phone I didn't want to bother him. I think that they need to work on their uniforms - you can't differentiate if someone is a fellow customer or a shop assistant.
