This place is quiet, but that is unusual for a Nero. The service is unbelievably slow for somewhere with hardly anyone in it. Staff do not acknowledge you at all whilst you are waiting for them both to finish making one drink. I had one person in front of me who'd already ordered two coffees, but I still waited nearly 10 minutes for a lemonade (out of a carton). The toilets are really poor and cups are not cleaned up literally for hours. I've been a few times to have a quiet meeting, but it's always the same. Such a shame as the Nero further up Deansgate is wonderful - clean, great service and buzzing with life.

Very good customer service. Every time feel very welcomed by staff. quick and definitely best quality coffee. they know what they doing for sure. well done Jules, Saron and the rest of staff. 👍

Manchester branch, near Waterstone's...... . BEWARE.....rear entrance door doesn't close properly - a smidge drafty on a winter's day. Better coffee though than the other coffee house chains.
