Customer service is second to none and every member of staff acknowledged our presence in the shop. Nothing was too much trouble and the knowledge and help offered by the staff was truly outstanding. Plus the range and quality of products offered is very impressive

The Golden Boot is simply the best shopping experience in Maidstone. The staff couldn't be any more friendly and attentive. The shop combines the old school shopping experience with some modern perks, such as a barista coffee while you wait! They have a wide range of shoes in each section (men's women's and children). I had a look for some smart shoes but couldn't afford the pair I liked. After speaking with a member of staff they quickly found a very similar pair in my price range that I'm very happy with. They also have new clothes section which is worth checking out! I feel like this is the sort of shopping experience you'd expect in an expensive shop on Bond Street! Not a reasonably priced shop in Kent. Overall I couldn't fault the place!

Fine shoes at reasonable prices. The range for children is just fantastic!

Best place to get shoes for your children. They take the time to make sure the shoes fit properly which has not always been the case with other shoe shops.
