I'd always rather buy from a shop than online, but this is the exception! appalling customer service, went to another phone shop and was told that they hear this a lot. Maybe it's time to recruit some staff with knowledge and customer service skills?

Disgraceful human beings for staff at the Maidstone shop who ask pensioners to leave their shop after they were told to sit down and carry out a deal they were told was available then to be told its not.  No customer service skills and no knowledge of the product they are selling.

Staff were amazing, wasn’t pushy with selling and helped me choose the right phone for me rather than the most expensive.
