The staff was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions.  We didn't know there would be a very big football celebration when we booked our stay but even then it was very safe.  The staff took their time to help us find ways to find a place to park our car as the parking next door was closed due to the streets being closed from the celebrations.  The room was clean and comfortable.  They tried hard to figure out a solution to our room being very warm from the unseasonable heat so it was nice that they cared enough to make our stay comfortable.  I would definitely come back to stay here!

Our daughter used this venue as accommodation before and after her wedding.  Full wedding party were there and had the best time.  Fraser Suites are fantastic, staff, rooms, location and breakfast in the morning all first class.  Thank you again for putting up with all our noise and mess you were great xRooms: 5/5

Wow!! I’m no on for writing reviews but these apartments are amazing!!! But the staff, are absolutely second to none!! Friendly welcoming and just know how to do their job! Agnes and Bernadette are just amazing!!!! I met them on their night shift and just brilliant!! Asked for a late checkout and by time  Megan had  started ,  wonderful lassie, very accommodating so happy with our stay, while seeing Pink! Will definitely be back!!! Oh place is absolutely spotless!! And gorgeous!!  X  Rooms: The suite me and my cousin were in was more than we expected absolutely amazing  Safety: I personally felt very safe here!! And that’s very important to me

Best hotel experience! Friendly and above and beyond front desk service!! Rachel in particular was amazingly helpful in finding restaurants nearby, etc! Only downside I would say is rooms were a bit warm. They do provide cooling systems add ice and water to use but room was still a bit too hot! Overall, experience was great!! To be fair, it was unseasonably warm outside the two days we stayed at hotel.  Walkability: Lot's of restaurants, coffee shops, etc within walking distance!

Our first trip to Glasgow and we loved the city and our accommodation. Lovely staff who helped with the slightly bewildering car park arrangements. It’s not their own car park but it is right next door with 25% discount. Our apartment was spacious, spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Central location, highly recommend

I stayed five nights at the Fraser Suites Glasgow. The apartment was comfortable but in my short stay, I did not crack the code on getting it cleaned. For a 5-night stay, they say they will clean every two days. Day 2, I was still jet-lagged, had a DND sign on my door, they missed it. Fair enough. They did leave a note saying they'd skipped and to let them know when to clean. Day 3, I left a 'Please Clean' sign on the door, seeing a cleaning cart at a neighbouring room. They did not clean. Not great, but they weren't scheduled, so fine. Day 4, a day they *were* supposed to clean, I left no sign. I returned briefly to find ... a note saying they didn't clean because of a DND sign. A blatant lie. I called reception about it, they said housekeeping hadn't finished and that they would tell them. Great. I left again for my conference. I returned in the evening and found it ... not cleaned. I called reception again and was told housekeeping had left for the day. The next day was check-out. Yeah, I'm not staying there or at any other Fraser again.

We stayed in one of the apartments for a weekend visit to Glasgow. The building was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We even had a good chat with the fella that was working the breakfast room I think his name is Andrew. The only downside we noted was that the noise from the pub/club on the ground floor of the building was... well, noisy until they closed around 4 am; not a big issue for us but maybe not great if you're bringing kids. Good value and very handy for getting out and about in town, we'll probably be back at some point.

Great place to stay. Super comfortable bed, great shower and very clean and spacious apartment. Great value for money. First time we stayed in this part of Glasgow but it was perfect location for us with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby and easy commute to city centre. Definitely recommend this place!Rooms: 5/5

I stayed here with my friends last weekend to celebrate my birthday and we brought my dog. I wish I knew the receptionists name who checked me in as I would like to thank her for her efforts to help my friends who wanted to get access to the room before I came to check in to decorate with balloons and called them when I unknowingly showed up early. Her efforts were much appreciated. This was a lovely hotel to stay in and perfect for the 3 of us and my dog two bedroom executive. The apartment was very well kept and we were provided with an assortment of complimentary snacks and drinks. There was also lovely complimentary L'occitane toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen had all essentials and TVs in each bedroom and lounge with Netflix etc. It was a shame the view from every window was the multi storey car park but overall the apartment was great. Another thing to note is the strange soundproofing. We couldn't hear each other from one room to the next but could hear the movements of people upstairs very well. Also, the apartment was really quite warm and stuffy but there was a fan in each bedroom and in the lounge to help with this, so the staff must be aware. I would stay here again and I appreciate the welcome from the staff for my birthday and for welcoming my dog too.

Me and my partner had a lovely stay here, the rooms were clean, the staff were so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for everything! Thank you for helping make our first trip to Glasgow the best!  Rooms: So clean!
