Very polite staff and very comfortable bed when lockdown is over i will be back

Some of the rooms are a bit tired but are perfectly comfortable, great beds very clean and comfortable had no problems sleeping. Wonderful friendly staff, great location. Everything is within walking distance.

Christmas lunch full of flavour although could do with another dessert

Nice room, love the tall ceilings!! The room came with a fan! Love my white noise!! Staff was great too! Right behind George’s square and next to the Queen street railway

Great location but the walls and windows are paper thin so I spent most of the night awake. The staff were really helpful and caring but the building needs some investment as it's looking quite tired. I had a refurbished room which was really nice but was brought down by the noise from the street.

Reasonable price and great location +City view was also nice. But facilities are bit old
