Whenever I’m home to visit family I will always train at this gym and be welcomed with open arms. Mark is one the friendliest gym owners I know , always smiling and provides a great atmosphere to train in. Would highly recommend this place if you are keen to try CrossFit. You will not regret it
I’ve been training on my own in a conventional Gym for the past couple of years, finding hard to motivate myself to attend every week. Decided to try CrossFit UF to change that, although I never did Crossfit before, I found the classes challenging but adapted to my fitness level, good to train with more people and supported by the most friendly coaches. I 100% recommend CrossFit UF!!
Joined just over 2 years ago after being an ardent gym avoider and only ever running. The support and enthusiasm from the coaches is fantastic, despite having never picked up a single barbell in my life I never felt out of place. I quickly started to love CrossFit and have carried on attending since, even recently through pregnancy with scaled/modified movements We've now moved away and I'm sad I have to find another gym, we will still be dropping by from time to time though!
I startet 3 months ago and I really enjoy it. Mark and Kirsty are very friendly and support you at all times. The community is very nice and friendly and I was able to integrate very well and quickly. The CrossFit WOD's are a great balance to the stress of uni and I look forward to the workout every day. Even if it gets a bit chilly in the winter, you'll be warm again by the time you start the workout. I am looking forward to more exhausting workouts.
I joined the back end of 2020 after years of putting off joining a crossfit gym as I thought it was going to be way to hard and something I wouldn't be able to do. Enter Crossfit UF, well I entered they completely squashed my fears, and actively encouraged me to better myself and my fitness. I've been a member over 2 years now and I couldn't have asked for the best gym family ever! The coaches have got your back no matter your experience, they will support and encourage you and make crossfit fun! the members are amazing, always supporting you and pushing you to do your best! Could not recommend this gym anymore. Give it a try you won't regret it
Had no clue what CrossFit was before I joined UF. I can truly say it changed me, it’s part of my lifestyle now, I go there twice a week, great atmosphere, coaches are very friendly and helpful. Just give it a try, you won’t regret it
I started going to CrossFit UF a few months ago and Mark and Kirsty couldn’t be more welcoming! Absolutely love it!!! I started PT sessions with Kirsty and I have seen so much improvement! Highly recommended!!
I’ve been made to feel incredibly welcome. My first time really committing to working out - the classes are really accessible, welcoming and have a great atmosphere. Much recommended.
It’s my second week In the gym and I’m really enjoying it . The classes are challenging and educational and cater for all levels . I would recommend definitely.
Brilliant place, brilliant coaches and brilliant members. Always made to feel so welcome, absolutely love this place, and would recommend it to everyone.
