I have been renting from europe car for years and have only experienced issues on one occasion. Afterwhich i was upgraded on my following hire. Easy. Transparent and reliable

Would highly recommend... pick up was easy as was drop off. Nick went above and beyond to help me out altering my booking.. thanks Nick your customer service was outstanding

The branch is dark and depressing, blinds closed and poor lighting. Horrible ambience, however The staff were friendly enough. The car was absolutely filthy externally, even the manager agreed with me, there was no offer of a different car, even another model or upgrade. apparently the jet washer was broken....(heard of a car wash ?!!) I had to take it for a car wash myself and pay. I was promised a part credit of £10 but this apparently takes two weeks to return the cash. Overall, a poor experience, the least they can do is to provide a clean car. wouldn't use again
