Absolute ripoff! We rented a van for one day and paid a reasonable price. However after I had returned the van in same condition, tank full, we got charged 200% surcharge. This was explained to us being from the fact that we drove less than 75 miles and since we picked up the van from their own location!!!. If I had saved the receipt from gas station they would have taken some of the surcharges off, but since we used only 2 liters, I paid with cash and did not take the receipt. After contacting with email, they do not bother to reply. Avoid this place as they clearly make their profits from the small print. Consumer rights officers have been contacted regarding this matter.

Finished work at 2 am so booked a taxi on the app that said get a car in 3 mins so I booked it then 20 minutes later I'm still standing like an absolute plum sack at my pick up location without even a text to say it's been dispatched so I had to cancel it and walk 40 minutes home when I have work again in 6 hours thasks a lot budget taxis you bunch of absolute f*****g legends great start to the year
