I used Enterprise to move from Newcastle to Oxford. Two bedroom house with appliances and a 2 + 3 seater sofa. I couldn’t take any of my wood furniture as it wouldn’t fit in the van and I didn’t want to pay for the Luton. Booked the Van online, was really simply.nnThe £200 deposit at arrival did shock me a bit but I got it back when I handed the van over. I got a one way trip, which is really handy considering how far away the two cities are. Totally worth the money.

Quick handover when picking the car up. Staff very helpful on making sure I was comfortable with the condition and controls of the car. Very quick handover when taking the car back. Jake even gave me a lift home and was excellent conversation. Above and beyond

Very unprofessional.nLeft high and dry with no car and left the garage repairing my car to explain despite assurances everything was in place. Now I am unable to get to work while my car is being repaired!nnLooking at other reviews online I’ve had a lucky escape! Without a car now for two weeks - looks like I’m about to find out how understanding my boss is as I can’t get into work!

There was a slight miss communication initially but the issue was resolved straight away and I had a car for two days. Staff were friendly. I would recommend. Thanks
