Great staff who were very helpful and accommodating. The only let down of the whole experience was the Hyundai Hybrid broke down outside my home. The AA response time was excellent as was the service provided by their technician 10/10!

I rented an MPV at summer (2017), though the staff gave me a mini bus, Hyundai. That was nice, but at the last cleaning somebody used inside an antiseptic cleaning stuff, inside was a very bad smell. When my family use this bus short distance, that was ok. But when we traveling to Liverpool and back, this bus was a disaster. Everyone begin sick. I had to stop four times, so that travel was very long and unpleasant. Next day I drove back that minibus to the Enterprise, and I ask another one. The staff did not understand what was the problem with that bus. I explained: „Firstly, I would like to an MPV, this is a minibus. Secondly, the family holiday turned into the „family sickness”. (GP sed: those were an allergic sickness). Thirdly this Hunday have a very strong smell. I would like the another MPV, whitout strong smell.” The staff investigated the Hyundai minibus and offer me a Ford MPV. I smelled it around and accepted this one. The Enterprise staff with this change, saved my family holiday. The Enterprise offers the best offers in my city (Sunderland). The Enterprise staff helpful and understanding. If you want a hire a car, I recommend the Enterprise.

Car that wasn’t fit for purpose. Terrible customer service. Different terms and conditions on the app then a new set sent on the email. Held my deposit for 4 days claiming they cant issue a refund faster. Had to hire a second car from hertz to make my planned journey. They also refunded my deposit in 1 day.
