Horrible after sales service. Stay well clear of the service department at Arnold Shark!!!., screws / nuts were not tightened. Engine undertray came off doing 50mph on A1 near angel of the north. Could of been a serious accident!!!.When I complained to the service manager he said "i couldn't give a flying" and walked away. Once they have your money they don't want to know you if you have a problem. Please stay well clear of this terrible company. Should be zero stars. 😬😬😬

Bought a car back in January. I was a little apprehensive as I've been to similar style companies in the past only to find the salesmen extremely pushy and almost aggressive. But that was not the case here. I was a little nervous as it was my first car I was buying and didn't want to dive in head first so I went away to think about it without any pressure tactics being tried. A rattle developed in the dash a few weeks later, I phoned up, dropped the car off at the appointment and picked it up an hour or two later. Great experience from start to finish.

Went there car shopping a good selection of cars sadly wasnt qiut the one i wanted. The salesman i spoke to wasnt pushy but very helpful on a couple of cars and ideas for myself its just a shame they cant move stock around from other garages nationwide.

Hired a van last Monday. Paid online. Whilst collecting the Van i was made to pay a fuel deposit of £100. Got told that it would be returned to the account once the van was returned and paper work process completed. Waited till the next day to check my account and still no money. Rang Arnold Clark again only to be told it could take up to 48hours so I calmly waited. Checked my account again yesterday and guess what still no money. So I rang Arnold Clark again and they've said it's been returned and I need to ring my bank and ask why it's not in my account. Rang my bank and they confirmed they have NOT received the deposit back into the account. It's now Saturday and still No Money. I hire vans quite often and can certainly say I won't be using Arnold Clark any time now or in the future.

Massive selection of used cars for sale all at decent prices. I did a deal with Jeremy who was particularly helpful and very friendly and professional. Definitely recommended!
