It was my first time renting a car on my own so I was nervous, I had heard horror stories. Arnold Clark were fantastic. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport great as I had a lot of bags. Free coffee and refreshments in the office while you wait for your car and toilet facilities. Christina in particular was super friendly and chatty. I just dropped the car back a few minutes ago and there was no issue with additional/hidden charges

We had a fantastic experience hiring a car from this branch. The staff are extremely friendly and our advisor Mo had particularly excellent customer service skills, and even gave us an upgrade which made for a great start to our journey.
I received exceptional service from a chap named Mo Khan during my recent visit to Arnold Clark. From offering a warm welcome with hot drinks to seamless vehicle returns, he made the entire experience effortless. Even with it being a last minute booking, he offered a selection of vehicles and had it prepared to a high level upon collection, going above and beyond to meet my needs. The level of service I received here was far better than any other provider I've used, including Enterprise. I'll definitely be returning to Arnold Clark for future vehicle rentals - Mo’s outstanding service truly set them apart.
