We have used  Enterprise many times and we find the staff fantastic and courteous
and the vehichles have always been great with no problems or issues at all

Absolutely dreadful. Most unhelpful, rude and could not care less. The manager a young lady called Lucy was arrogant and needs a course in customer relations. This would have been the fourth time hiring from Enterprise. Never had a problem before from this company and enjoyed good service. Sadly it fell short on this occasion.

I hire car and van from tyne and wear because they pick me up and that helpful ,staff are friendly and good at there job .

Not very good service.  Member of staff ignored us and more interested in phone conversation than acknowledge our presence.
