Had phone call ten minutes. Before. Time to collect. Car and they cancelled. Saying they had no vehicle. Avalible. I have used this company many times before and service. Is usually great. But this takes the pxxs

If I could give less than a star I would. Here's an enterprising idea, prior to taking payment how about get yopur systems in check!! Apparently I could not get the van I paid nearly £200 for because the system can't match my card to my address for a deposit, it's in my name it's my card but wouldn't take the deposit from it. I was then told I wouldn't get my refund for 2 weeks! This has delayed me bring my kit back from the midlands to get my business operating and means I'm now slowly cooking on a mega bus that will get in so late I won't be able to see my mum before she leaves the country 3 months, and will be adding extra stress and hassle in the morning of a family funeral, the other reason for my trip. I guess it was the cheapest hire I could find for a good reason! Next time I'll go local, where people aren't so blissfully mindless relying on "systems" and computers Wankers!
