Used these guys twice always brilliant, friendly  and always find me an upgrade free of charge. Never had an issue and would always use them again.

Truly terrible service. I ordered a large van over 2 weeks in advance in order to move house. However less than 24 hours before pick up receive a phone call saying there were no vans available! Absolute joke of a company avoid unless you want to get let down last minute.

We use AVIS Preferred AirPort Transfer to and from T5 Heathrow. Couldn’t be more convenient. Very happy with the service we get.

2nd Time I Hired from Avis/Budget and both the times feel that have been cheated.be careful guys and make sure you clear everything at the time you return your vehicle because they will come back with some sort of charges.
very poor answering service, no one picks up the phone , no matter what time you call them. at the time of return they are always in a rush to just get the keys from you because they know they are going to charge extra on your card.
worst experience the second time
