I had an exceptional experience with Enterprise rentals for a recent car hire. Their communication was prompt and clear from the moment they were selected by my insurance company. The hire car they provided exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and quality. The handover process was seamless, and the staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. I was thoroughly impressed and would gladly choose Enterprise rentals again without hesitation. Highly recommended for their excellent service!

Not car that I ordered two months earlier, engine management light on but they said 'dont worry it's fine'. Forgot to pay a £2.20 charge for the Tyne tunnel.When I remembered I paid Tyne tunnel straight away and got a receipt. Enterprise then tried to claim they'd paid it when they couldn't offer any proof  they couldn't pay it as I'd already paid and sent them a copy of the receipt And added a£35 admin fee for doing nothing and blatantly lying.  All in all not the best service.  The charges were from a different department who were a pain to deal with, the staff in Sodbury in fairness did help sort that out

Recent weekend rental and the service couldn’t have been better very friendly and Farouk Choudhurry was very helpful. Thanks
