The whole team is honestly amazing — super flexible, supportive, and always willing to help.nnI usually call rather than email which I know can be a bit annoying!, but they always pick up the phone and take the time to answer my questions. Whether it’s about car availability or last-minute changes, they’re patient, clear, and really helpful even when it’s close to their closing time.nnA special thank you to Maddy, Ewan and Luke. I’ve dealt with them the most and they’ve all been incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. You can really tell they care about their customers. Even when the exact car I wanted wasn’t available, they always tried their best to find a solution, which I really appreciate.nnOverall, I’ve had a very positive experience and I definitely recommend this branch for future bookings. Reliable, friendly, and genuinely customer focused — a great team all around.

1. It was so good to have a local branch to go to to arrange the booking, rather than having to do it online. I had questions which prior to booking I need answered and the company website wasn’t that helpful but Daffyd ? in the office was most efficient and helpful when I called in.nn2. It was brilliant to have a local phone number to use to speak to people who understood my booking, and not have to go through a national system.nn3. The communications with and from the team Daffyd, Luke and Maddy were great, with my queries being responded to promptly.nn4. The pick-up was easy and the van was well-prepared and perfect for my needs.nn5., The cost of hiring the van was very reasonable and below any other quote I’d received from competitors.nnAll in all a 5* review from me.  If I ever need to hire a vehicle I’ll definitely be back.

I wasn't even aware that Enterprise was even here - their office is very unassuming from the outside, but I am glad I found them. I have rented from several places before, but this was by far the best - The collection procedure was very easy, the van was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable. In fact everything about the rental experience was excellent, and I can not fault anyone involved in anyway, quite the opposite, the people in the office were extremely helpful, and very polite, friendly and professional. I checked in online before I arrived, and there was literally no fuss at all when I arrived, they just checked the booking and my documents and gave me the keys. Marvelous

The online booking was so easy and took moments to complete. Everything was explained, so no hidden costs. I can’t believe we didn’t need to pay a deposit to secure the booking, but everything was done on trust - that’s so refreshing nowadays. The courtesy call we got only moments after our online booking was great for confirming our booking was accepted. Our preferred vehicle was damaged the day before but rather than cancel our booking, we were offered a bigger vehicle for the same fee. We were even offered extended time, but we didn’t need it. On the pick up day the staff were fab. Warm, friendly and genuinely interested in the wedding we had hired the van for. The van itself was a new 74 plate vehicle, which was immaculately clean and a joy to drive. The fuel arrangements were brilliant - buy the fuel up front and get refunded for the stuff you don’t use - if only all hires did the same. The user briefing was good and unrushed, so we were in no doubt about how to use the tail-lift etc.nOn returning the vehicle, the staff were equally welcoming, asking after how the wedding had gone and just being genuinely lovely folks. The fuel use was accurately calculated and the refund was completed before the end of business that same day. We even got a phone call the day after to ensure that we had been completely satisfied with our hiring experience. I can honestly say that the attitude of the staff, the excellent condition of the vehicle, the fab fuel  arrangements and the experience overall will ensure that I won’t be going anywhere else for my vehicle hire in future.
