Absolutely awful!! Had a accident where third party was at fault, third party arranged for enterprise to deal with the hire car. Firstly didn’t receive a phonecall when instructed I would showing poor signs or communication and lack of customer satisfaction. Once I had rang up and spoken to them was told the vehicle would be like for like which it wasn’t and then when the vehicle had arrived, then again the vehicle was downgraded from what I was originally told I was going to have. Awful customer service!!

Yesterday (10/11/17) I hired a car from the branch, handover seemed uneventful although the car was in poor condition.
After a couple of miles a truck pulled out in front of me spraying mud and dirt all over the screen.
I sprayed the washer jets, to find it was empty leaving a big smear on the screen into the sun. It left 0 visibility. I had to pull over and use the contents of a water bottle to clear to screen.

I do not think this is acceptable. Cars should be handed over in a fit for purpose condition, especially when it comes to safety.

Upon returning the car today, no interest was given about the safety of their cars, and excuses were made that no management were available to speak to me.

An embarrassment from a reputable company.

I’ve rented bigger vehicles and cars from Enterprise over the years and have always had a good experience. The customer service this particular time was second to none. The staff at Chipping Sodbury are a credit to the company.
