The Bath Enterprise branch staff are always friendly and very helpful and efficient. I find the Bath Enterprise to be the best car hire place I have ever hired from! Enterprise definitely puts custom service as a priority and I am always extremely satisfied when I am dealing with Enterprise either in Bath or at Heathrow.

I don't now where to start.. Very very bad company! So, I rent a car online pay 15 days for the rent. After a few days I call them to ask if everything was correct, they asked me my name, date of birth and my address, so far so good! You're going to do same checks and tomorrow will call you back. It wasn't tomorrow but the day after. To say we're sorry but we can't rent you the car, you don't gather the right conditions... ❓❓❓
After, they already have my money, and they manage to refuse only with my name, address and date of birth!! And then the guy just said try Europcar or Sixt or another company??? They probably rent you the car......
And they did.. Europcar, blessed!! With any kind of problems!
After all of this they kept my money is doing now 6 days!! So to rent a small car I spent  until now almost £1400 this before Christmas!! Will give you the money quickly!! Don't worry they said!! When next year?? This is the quality of Enterprise Rent a car.. 😤😡😡😤

I suffered a breakdown in Bath on a weekend trip so we needed to arrange some way to return home. Enterprise were extremely friendly, and I felt they really worked with me and my husband to get us on our way. We were recommended by the garage to use the branch over others in Bath, and I will definitely recommend on.
