Budget Car and Van Hire Bristol North

Good prices, great service. Will never go anywhere else again. I left my spare car key in the van with no name on it. They saved it for over a month in the hope that this fool figured out where he left it.

Rented a van for moving at the weekend, booked online and they had the best prices compared to competitors near Bradley Stoke/Stoke Gifford. Picked up keys on Saturday, be aware that there is a £200 pre-authorisation charge placed on your card when you take the car. This was back in my account a few days after returning the car. I inspected the van and asked to add some more minor damage to the inventory, which they were happy to do. The van itself was almost new, spotless inside and drove like a dream. Staff are friendly and dealt with me professionally and efficiently. Only criticism I have is that I wasn't taken around the van and shown the scratches, or given instructions on how to use any of the controls - this would have been really helpful.
