Liars. Breaking Contracted agreements repeatedly. Overcharging/ double charging after agreed charges have been signed. Not adding rentals to account to deprive customers of advertised rewards. Impossible customer service.

Absolute customer service failure. Not only I was lied to the day before rental by a receptionist who obviously didn't know what she was doing, but the person at the desk the next morning was even worse. Rude, ill and mumbling curse words under her nose....I had to pay more then the promised price due to the booking not being secured correctly the previous day. The car had dust all over the interior...and the windshield was dirty with fingerprints all over...The stress caused by all that set the mood off for the holiday. I do not recommend using this service.
