What great friendly folk. They managed request with least fuss and good understanding. The car was clean and smelt nice. Marked down because toilets really need a cost of paint

On picking up the small car the staff were polite, friendly and helpful when I forgot a letter with my address on, offering an alternative method. The car was easy to drive and I had no problems. I was specifically told by the guy who hired me the car to not hand the keys to anyone but to put them in the key letter box (which made sense to me!), but on dropping the car off a rude man told me off for doing that. Apart from that man a great service!
