Amazing experience! This is the second time this year we’ve taken a car from Europcar Bath booked by my husband Leroy and we are very pleased.  Matt at the counter is most helpful. Don’t do it.  This is the tyre I was asked to drive on, europcar  are trying to say this is safe to drive 400 miles on. Luckily it went flat after 20 mins of driving on it!  The rac had to come out to put the spare on as no kwitfits were able to put a new tyre on. I then had to drive it to bristol the next day to get a different car. When I arrived they said not to worry about the tiny bit of fuel i used in the car and they will waive the cost. When I’d got home from my trip after returning the second car I got charged 112 pounds for fuel from the first car! When I was told not to worry, even if I was suppose to be charged it would have cost less than £5. I also have been told I’ll have to pay for the puncture in the first car despite the tyre looking as attached. Bath didn’t help, Bristol have contacted customer service to get my 112 back . I shouldn’t be charged for the tyre, nor the fuel. And should get my rental fee back for the dangerous tyre you wanted me to drive on! The rac said it was the worst tyre they’ve seen, and Bristol agreed!

Dreadful Return. No signs that the location was for Eoropcar nor was a email sent that the return location had moved from the York train station to out into the sticks. We assumed that we could drop off the car and then walk to the train. The new location is miles away from the station and we used Uber to our train.

A bit slow at pick up as only 1 person on the desk.  He was great but there were 5 groups waiting to check out cars.

We rented a car from Europcar Bath from 13th to 21st May. The whole experience from having the car delivered to the return was great. Matt at the counter was easy to deal with and very helpful. And, Liam was a real life saver, he realized I was going to miss my train and very kindly took a small detour on the way to another delivery to drop me to Bath Spa train station. If it weren't for him, I would certainly miss my train to London, so thanks a ton, Liam  Will certainly use you guys again the next time we're around. Cheers, Leroy

Great experience collecting my car from over here. Got a great car, and great help by Mat since I was there a little earlier than planned.

Had a plain puncture in a Mercedes that has no spare tire, it took literally one and a half hours of waiting on the phone, being transferred from one clueless rep to another, even more clueless, and full 6 hours for help to arrive. A replacement car was delivered almost 24 hours, so we spent 6 hours waiting with no food or toilet, and lost a full day of our vacation. The original reservation was for a Volvo V40 estate wagon. The replacement, an Octavia sedan. Nobody at Europcar even bothered to apologize or compensate us in any form. Good bye Europcar. Never again for me, or anybody that would listen to me.

Awful!!! Paid for an extra driver and realised after I left that they hadn't asked for his license or details at all. The car was covered in unrecorded damage, which they didn't seem too bothered about, and bird poo galore, which they did offer to remove when commented. On the drive, discovered that when you tried to bend the passenger wing mirror in, it had been attached with a screw and went wobbly!! The inside was far from hygienic, or even visibly clean, to go with the external bird poo and are now waiting for them to contact me for a replacement. I have to leave for a wedding in 1 hour. Appalled. Almost 500 quid for 3 days!! Not worth it at all.

My car broke down within the first hour.  My local agent said "I knew that car was going to be a problem the moment I saw it."  I ended up shortening the terms of my rental because of the state of the car.  They charged me 283 pounds for 1/2 day of driving.  The customer service wasn't helpful at all.  I do not recommend this service.
