My husband booked a taxi an hour in advance for 7.15pm. At 7.15 we saw that a driver hadn’t even been assigned to our booking. We called to ask for an estimated time for the taxi but didn’t get last the first line of the conversation before the male call handler laughed loudly down the phone . His response ‘It’s a busy Friday night MATE.. doesn’t matter if you booked three weeks ago or an hour ago!’ When asked when we could expect a car his response was ‘whenever they’re a one available!’ We had booked and paid in full in advance. Taxi arrived at 7.30pm . We were late. The driver was very polite and friendly . The guy who took the phone call should attend some course on customer relations. Incredibly rude , condescending and arrogant. We will use another company from now on.
The driver arrived quickly but stopped to get petrol which put the fare up and a charge of £5.40 waiting time was added. I never tip because there is always a waiting charge even if there is no waiting and you don’t know about it until the receipt has been emailed.
Shocking. Booked a family pick up on Xmas day. Arrived on time. We then stacked the boot with presents as we loaded car with 2 children, 2 adults and 1 small dog. Driver then got out said he ‘can’t take a dog’, threw us out of car and tried to drive away with our property in boot of car! Only the closed gate of house stopped him leaving with out our property but not us, as booked. Still shocked and thinking about next steps…
Booked a taxi using the app to take me to the airport. Booking was accepted however at 4:30am it was still assigning a driver with none visible in the app. I needed to leave at 4:30am to catch my flight. Wife and kids had to get out of bed to take me to the airport. Not impressed.
Huge thanks to the lady driver who picked us up from the Nuffield Hospital today and took us back to Newton Mearns today ,,, and then came back to or house super quick because I had left my mobile in the cab . I would use this taxi firm again . Thank you
Arrived on time. Good clear, safe, friendly drive to airport and £15 cheaper than white cab on return.
The two times I have used this taxi service they have been appalling The first time I booked a taxi to pick my 9 friends up from the city centre at 10.30 The first taxi arrived 5 minutes late The second arrived 20 minutes late Then the third arrived only an hour late When I asked before hand to figure out how much this would cost to prep for cash before hand you never know if taxus accept card nowadays they provided me with the complete wrong information When I phoned multiple times asking where my taxis were I was waiting for an hour for my taxi they reassured me it was no longer than five minutes away. Then tonight I organised taxis to pick up my 6 friends they completely failed to process my order. So I am currently waiting for my taxis 20 minutes after I should have been picked up. Although no wonder if they actually processed my order I would still be waiting for it two hours from now.
Awful. Booked taxi for a certain time and they arrived 75 minutes after booking. When we contacted the company they tried to say this is normal practice and they do not pick up at the times requested but when they are available. They also ended the call when we tried to explain we were stranded waiting for a taxi that may or may not turn up. Awful customer service and awful company.
Didn't like when they charged me more than the quote and what the meter said. Blamed it on waiting time but there wasn't any and refused to refund. Wasn't a large amount but the principle is important. If you use, pay in the taxi!
I.used.this.firm.from.the.5th.of.january.every.day.up.untill27th.of.january.as.the.driver.l.got.that.day.was.the.most.ignorant.individuals.ive.came.accross.l.reported.him.to.his.boss.who.was.every.bit.asignorant.as.the.driver.my.husband.has.taken.a.stroke..they.would.not.know.compassion.if..it.passed.them..lwill.never.use.them.again.and.never.recoment.these.cowboys.to.anyone
