Got message to say my taxi had arrive but there was no taxis so phoned up to check and the one was very rude she said I had obviously missed it and she’d book another one I asked if I could check the location make sure was right place and she awnsers with I said I’ll book you another one after a continues back and fourth I gave up. Finally getting a taxi the man was lovely and was super nice
Had emergency while on holiday use the app to hire a cab. They are very prompt and drivers were very friendly and nice.
Told no taxis available for nearly 2 hours yet i would get one eventually...well it never turned up...had to phone kelvin kabs ...a woman on her own with no helpful response. Will never ever use Ekco
Gave them 3 chances in 1 year, but they are hopeless. Missed meetings etc and that's booking them in advance. Do yourself a favor and erase there number
Always on time, drivers friendly and polite, operators extremely professional
Got a taxi from EK to Cathkin. Dropped off Stewartfield and I was asked by the driver “Do you want to stop at a bank?” I asked him why? His reply was “People from your area don’t pay” I have never been so insulted! Called the company to complain. Told them I was putting it on Facebook and they said don’t post it on socials! Driver also said “where I stay were into drugs”! I’m a 50 year old woman who had been for a meal with friends and that’s the conversation I got from a driver! Unbelievable!
1 star would be less if I could .. I worked with EKCO .few years. Never would have acted like my my Driver tonight. Waited a hour for car . When it arrived 3 girls took car .showed driver my txt prooving it was my car .he replied phone again. Wasn't concerned that I Waited 1 hour & was more concerned he had better hire NEVER USE EKCO AGAIN. Just to add I will report driver to SLC he is breaching rules to public service driver rules and terms of his licence.last thought.. this might you..
Good company been using them past few days because weather been really bad good price and always fast to your location and drivers are always nice and polite
Always a brilliant service, only taxi company in EK who can provide a pre booked taxi at the time requested. Never had an issue.ServicesService not listed
Echo cabs are a good service and are recommended, better than Kelvin at least, we got a new driver and she was great as she got us on time for our train , she’s an Icon so look out for her.
