Poor service, ordered a taxi at 9:15am to pick up at 9:45am from Hogganfield to Parkhead. Taxi arrived nearly 15 minute late making my wife late for work. Called them three times and they could not give a proper eta saying “its on its way and hopefully be there shortly”. Hardly inspires confidence. Will not be using them again.
I booked a taxi on Tues night ahead of my journey on the Wednesday morning. We got to my destination Robroyston train stn and I informed the taxi driver it was a card payment. The taxi driver replied that they do not accept card payments and that he would have to take me to a cash point! I was on crutches with my knee strapped up - which was clearly visible. Not only was I offered absolutely no help when I struggled getting into the taxi, I was then made to get out of the taxi to hobble to the cash point and struggled to get back in again! The taxi driver charged me the extra for the journey, and I missed my train! Absolutely disgusting treatment of someone who was clearly disabled, and had NOT been informed that this company do not accept card payments at the time of booking! If I could post with no stars given I would.
Had a taxi booked twice on same night and didnt turn up. Left us having to get friends out of bed to come and take us home. Shocking service.
Ordered a car on the Saturday eve to take us to train station, despite taking the job and confirming car was a no show, shoddy service
Booked a taxi with plenty of notice, didn't turn up and then got cheek and nonsense off the staff when I questioned where the taxi was. I'll use Uber in future.
I use these guys all the time and have never had a problem, the drivers have all been friendly and helpful.
