Excellent service. I was stuck without a car and needed to get to work and the operator was so kind and helpful and got a taxi to me very quickly. The driver was a very nice, chatty, interesting man who got me to work quickly. Will definitely use this company again.
Ordered taxi 4 hours in advance, didnt show up, apparently the taxi tried to call us saying it outside but did not make an attempt To let us know they were outside and drove away, will not use again.
I used this company for years and was always happy with them. I am very disappointed on my recent experience. Taxi was 1 hour late, so i was outside in the rain, called and was hung up on. they should not be taking bookings if they cannot meet them. 1 star.
Staff lie to you about wait times and then when you call back to ask where it is they hang up the phone or refuse to answer.
Very easy to book over the phone and the price was very competitive compared to online quotes. Taxi turned up on time and driver was friendly and helpful. Payment is to be made in cash to the driver. Would definitely use them again. Very happy with their service.
Would give them 6* if I could. Initial booking was on time and the female driver was very nice. Left my umbrella in the car, and the lady in the office bent over backwards to have it returned to me. Outstanding service from start to finish
I use this company a fair bit and they are very reliable. That said, some of the cars are not well kept. Got one last night to go out for dinner and the car was thick with dust and the seats covered in stains. Genuinely looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Not what you want after getting dressed in your best attire for a night out. Would think twice about using them in future as a result.

Well all I can say I'm disappointed in torrance cabs, been using them for years and last night phoned a taxi at 6pm for quarter past 7, was still waiting at 8pm had a table booked for half 7, had to phone the restaurant to keep the booking. Had to cancel and phone another company was there in 5 mins. Safe to say I won't be using you again.
Taxi controller lied to us about arrival time several times. Waited 45 minutes for a airport journey despite having pre booked. Flight was on time to so no excuses. This was in the middle of the night so not due to traffic even, just a barefaced lie.to ensure we didn't use a local firm to the airport and keep us waiting.
