Booked a taxi for a hospital appointment but it didn’t show up. Phoned them and got told it’d be there in 5-10 minutes. 40 minutes later I was still waiting. Had to cancel it and make alternative arrangements. I was 20 minutes late for the appointment. Lost trust in them so wouldn’t use again.

Very bad service from this company. I have used them about a dozen times why!? and they have never been on time. No apology, always told the booking is as near to the time as possible. Sometimes 50 minutes late. Nice drivers but very rude operators

Booked taxi said they would text when it was near, phoned back half a hour later and driver had picked up someone else said they were sending out another driver, no one came. left us stranded

Example of bad service : - Booking #27585084, Driver didnt turn up. Instead they reported me to be not at the place. I was actively tracking the car. However the car didn't come to my street at all. Lost 40 minutes, got late to work.
