Have been going with my wife in the Duke for many years. Always enjoy Saturday night kareoke with friends we have made over the years. Chris the landlady makes Sunday dinners that are great, just like your Mum used to make
A wonderful pub! Good beer as i remember. fantastic clientele. A good friend once took me there. I remember the toilet seat on the wall. Presented to the infamous Victor Littlchild. A man i will never forget.
For most people this is a more traditional pub with a very hospitable team of staff and as I visit often it's just because it's a pub with no pool table or juke box but with more conversation and interaction with each other plus they do sing along nights and darts and I always go for my Sunday dinner which I would highly recommend
It's a nice little pub to stop for a drink, just need so background music, seem like you can hear everyone's conversation.
