Very friendly staff. Lovely Beefeater Pub for your breakfast & evening meal if you want to book via the Premier Inn or as a walk in customer. Room was what you expect from Premier Inn company but we stayed during very cold weather and our room was cold due to the heating system in our room kept turning off and setting the temperature to 10 degrees. Went to report this problem when we got back to our room after visiting family in the area. Strangest thing was i didn't say my room number, explained the problem and the night staff that i had only 10 minutes beforehand said evening to know we were in room 20 due to they have been having heating system problems in that room for a while. They provided us with an electric oil heater. The staff member said the problem was due to this room was still on the old heating system. Can't thank the Staff enough for making sure our stay was a comfortable one.

Really clean and friendly premier Inn as per usual and a good beefeater next door which served dinner and a buffet breakfast for guests. The only problem was with the rooms, they get very, very hot over night and made it very hard to sleep. There is heating but no air conditioning, only a fan that didn’t make much of a difference. The lack of ventilation also means the room gets very stuffy and humid after a shower or bath! The windows just need to open more.

Usual Premier Inn standards, located nicely on outskirts of Southampton. Two decent pubs within easy walking distance. Sainsbury's supermarket and petrol station less than a mile away.

The rooms were clean, the showers seemed rather clean , the unlimited breakfast was amazing, everything you need for a hangover. The security was very well handled, I must apologise when my family all stumbled in falling around the place they were very understanding. Staff seemed really friendly, everything you expect from a premier in !
