Classic premier Inn double room. Lovely helpful staff on reception. Used the restaurant in the evening and we had the sharing platter. That was ok but not the quality I have come expect. Good breakfast selection. I had made a mistake on booking breakfast thinking I had ordered the cooked breakfast. The restaurant staff kindly pointed this out and assisted me to pay the extra cost. I would have appreciated a little more discretion though as the other diners close to us heard every word.
Dissappointment. The room looked ok at first glance, however had some serious mould issues. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mould. The window sill covered in mould, around the bath was mouldy ,I stayed here a few times throughout the summer and each room I stayed in was pretty much the same. Not only that the toilet was running constantly all night which kept me awake.
Arrived and was immediately helped with booking in, my room was not accessible by stairs so the ladies changed my room so that I could access it by stairs, they also provided bottled water at reception whilst they sorted my room given the hot weather. Thank you for accomodating me and going above to make sure my stay was comfortable Lucy and Michelle.
Stay here every week with Work! Highly recommend Staff so friendly and can’t do enough for you! Cheryl is amazing
Average really, staff are nice enough, The room was a bit tired and the curtain rail fell down on my partner and some of the plug sockets didnt work. Smelled a little fusty in the hallway. Apart from that the bed was nice and clean and fresh.nHad breakfast in the restaurant which was ok.
