It was minimalistic but in some ways that was good, it made the room very clean and very easy to get all of our stuff as it was easy to find, my one problem with the room is you dont get any bath/cleaning products so you have to go down the hall and buy it at the vending machine and that was a problem as we had no change.

The hotel itself is basic, although sufficient for everyday needs, WiFi is very poor and needs a major coverage and speed upgrade, a massive thanks to Claire, who was absolutely amazing, after one colleague could not move us because the hotel was apparently full on that day being Wednesday but also completely disinterested in the reasons wanting to move, the next day I was asked by another member of staff of everything was ok, is there anything I needed, Claire went above and beyond during my stay and I cannot thank you enough, exceptional customer service and light hearted banter, I hope your company take note, it's people like you that make me appreciate the type of job you do, once again many thanks :)
