The property was extensively refurbished in 2017 with gas central heating throughout and all modern amenities. The property includes a king size bedroom, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and spacious contemporary shower room. Guests can also enjoy use of the large garden to the rear with rural views over the countryside beyond.
The cottage is easily accessed by car from the A167 with links to many places of interest. Ample on-street parking is available to the front of the property.
Frequent bus services provide connections to Durham, Darlington and Bishop Auckland with excellent train services from Durham.
