Rude receptionist. Holding my baby son for 10 mins waiting to be seen(arrival computer said there was an error) while people to get their prescriptions as they dont have enough staff for both dispensery and reception. To be told i was 15 mins late so i couldnt be seen now! Then handed me another appointment slip and answered the phone without any acknowledgment of me!

Whenever i have had an appointment i am waiting for a very long time after the appointment time (i am always there around 5 mins before appointment time) staff are sometimes rude and rather unhelpful. Very poor if could give 0 stars i would.

I was at the Hospital and was having an x ray, There was a problem with the system and the surgery sorted it while I was there to avoid me going back. Great service, Thankyou
