I registered here after a horrible series of bad experiences at st Luke’s. The service provided by langham place is unbelievably good compared to my old docs, I call and get an appointment the same day, a face to face appointment or a phone call, perscriptions are mostly ready on time too. The staff are a bunch of older birds who remember what it’s like to give a proper and personal service, just what’s needed today. Keep up the good work everyone

From all go surgeries I have been dealing with -this one is really good-respectful caring staff,appointments running on time mostly-a very high standard care as for NHS.

Doctors are nice but receptionist is just very unfriendly on the phone and very rude. Every time I ring this place it’s I know they are going to get on my nerve and be so bad on phone. My gf rang the surgery today about prescription and the lady went sorry you can’t do that over he phone in a very harsh voice she goes how do I do it and she replies we’ll write it on a paper and drop it off okay bye... I just thought that’s rude and very disturbing that you cannot be polite and resealable to people. And am about to pull up on who ever talks to me stupid on phone again and cause a scene get yiu ACT together !!

The doctors are helpful BUT the receptionist? Nothing to write home about. I mean you're meant to go to ur gp feeling welcomed from the first point of contact but the ladies on the phone make you feel like a burden. They respond without thinking about your question and are in a hurry to get you off the phone. It's a disgrace, I understand they talk to a number of people per day but put some respect on the line of work you're into. And ohh don't get me started on how I waited 45 mins after my time slot to see a doctor...story for another day. Receptionist needs to be trained and taught some basic customer service skills.
