Wanted to charge me £30 to see a doctor. The reason was because I’d been living abroad for a few years. Never mind the fact that I was born here and lived here for 30 years, worked and paid tax here, just like all my family do and forefathers have contributed for generations. Meanwhile, the economic migrants who stood before me in reception, who couldn’t provide documents of proof of UK address had no problem.

What service(s) there are none now. It's a huge super surgery that cannot offer anything. I've had no end of problems with this surgery and things are getting worse! I have many serious health problems, so when I need to see a doctor, I really need to see a doctor! It's a major stressful drama to get an appointment! I don't need an interrogation from the Reception staff who are not medically trained. I had to have my ears syringed privately a couple of weeks ago because they no longer carry out routine things like that at the surgery! I would love to move from this surgery and go back to having a surgery that does its job.

Good doctors, good nurses and helpful (but under staffed) receptionists. However, it is often very difficult to get through on the landline, and seeing a doctor can take many weeks. This is probably a wider NHS issue; I begrudgingly (due to cost, not their staff) now use BMI threeshires.

I rarely use the doctors but when I do, it's because I really do need assistance. The last time I needed them, the attempt became so farcical, I gave up (after literally 3 weeks of trying to get through, to be told "no appointments" for anytime/ doctor). I tried every combination of timing (8am, 2pm, and even stayed up for 3 nights until gone 12am) but to no avail. I dialed a couple of minutes prior to said time and got an engaged tone each time, so hung up immediately and redialed each time. After 30 minutes of trying, nothing! This surgery is just pointless. Take me out back and just shoot me!

Have had nothing but problems since moving to this doctor which was only because we moved into the area. I have never known such a poor service. The ridiculous automated system is a joke. Receptionist clearly doesn't understand the system herself, telling me to wait until after midnight so I can leave a message on the automated system for my daughter so she can speak to the doctor only to phone to find that the option to leave a message before 8am is not available by the time I can get through after phoning at 8am (and I try at 2pm) all the telephone appointments are gone and as its not classed as an emergency to try the next day. It may not be an emergency to them but it may be to my 16 year old daughter. Do not use this centre if you have a choice. If I could go elsewhere I would or if I could afford to go private I would. Cannot stress how bad this place is!!!
