Had receptionist hang up on me, been trying all morning to get through, once i got through was asked if it was an emergency went on to explain and she hung up! How are we suposed to fit around work and children is beyond me! Poor service from reception!

I have been well cared for over 37 years and have found all staff to be efficient helpful and friendly. I am however concerned about the high turnover in newly qualified Doctors and their abilities in diagnosing potentially serious health matters. It is understandable therefore that patients are requesting appointments with permanent experienced Doctors. Consequently a waiting list can arise for an appointment with a Doctor of your choice. There is also only one Doctor to my knowledge who is experienced in heart related matters. May I respectfully suggest that junior transient Doctors positions be reduced to perhaps 2 at any one time, this would enable patients with long standing ailments to build up a relationship with resident GP's.

Dispensary staff are great, always get through on the phone and can get in on the day if needed

Never had any issues here. Generally good service and front of house people always helpful.
