I had never had microsuction before so was slightly apprehensive but my right ear was totally blocked, so something had to be done! Jane instantly put me at ease with her very friendly, reassuring manner. She showed me just how blocked my right ear was and, to my surprise, how much wax was in the other ear. She then proceeded to clear both ears - no hassle, no discomfort. Jane offers a brilliant, brilliant service. I won't hesitate for a minute if I need treatment in the future. Fantastic.
I was suffering from a buildup of wax caused by the use of earplugs at night, which had gradually reduced the quality of my hearing. It was amazing to see just how clogged the inside of my ears had become, they were worse than I thought. Jane soon worked her magic though and after a 10 minute appointment my hearing is as sharp as ever! The procedure itself was fine, a slightly peculiar sensation at first but nothing too uncomfortable and worth it for the incredible results. Jane was lovely, very welcoming and clearly takes great pride in her work. Don't look any further if you need ear treatment in Northampton.
Highly recommended. Jane is a lovely, cheerful person and explained everything she has going to do. The whole procedure went very well and was painless. So pleased I was recommended to have Jane do my micro suction and I would recommend her to everyone. Excellent job and thoroughly enjoyable! experience.
Honestly the most pleasant experience I have ever had!! The service was outstanding and worth every penny. I was late due to traffic but Jane was very understanding and still proceeded to go ahead with my appointment. I was told all of the processes that will happen during the appointment, which I appreciated a lot because it was my first time getting this done. The actual ear wax removal was painless and quick too. I've reccommended this place to all of my friends. Thank you Jane!
I thought my ears were blocked and found it easy booking the appointment on the website. Free parking outside and well sign posted. On inspection of my ears that I could see on the screen as well! Jane told me that my ears are very clear and didn't need treating. Jane insisted there was no charge and i didn't need her services. She recommended what else may be the issue and pointed me in the right direction. Maybe she's read the book Go Givers, Give More! I won't hesitate in recommending Jane to anyone complaining of ear issues. Thanks Jane, wishing you all the best!
Really five stars is not enough. My daughter and myself have ben getting our ears unblocked for the last few years here. Jane is such a lovely kind heartwarming person. She also goes out of her way to accommodate us with appointments. In the clinic in my view she provides excellent information and is much more knowledgeable about her area compared with GPs and local nurses that I've been to see about the same issues. She walks you through the process, is calm and professional, sorts you out and helps you regain your sanity from the knock-on effects of having this issue. A rare professional that I have come across that has both warm personal communication skills as well as a deep professional understanding of the subject area. Just excellent and for some of us life changing!
Highly recommended. Jane managed to fit me in on the 19/01/23 after I was advised to give her a call from Bianca at Specsavers Northampton and I'm so glad she did fit me in on that day. Jane managed to remove the build up of wax from my right ear which was causing me a lot of bother over the last few days. Thanks again for seeing me so quickly Jane, I'll definitely come visit you again when I need my ears looking at again

Cannot recommend this amazing woman enough! Incredibly professional, fantastic with patients. Found and fixed my hearing problem after weeks of me visiting my doctors with no joy. All the most modern equipment helped sort me in minutes. Thank you so much.
Managed to fit me in on the same day which was amazing as tried 7 other clinics who couldn’t for weeks. Jane was informative patient and so friendly. Amazing lady. Definitely recommend her services to anyone that’s listening;
